On this episode I sat down with my friend & Chef Kaitlin Guerin of New Orleans’ Lagniappe Baking.
We talked a bit about how she got into the world of culinary & what it is like for women in the world of culinary. Kaitlin also shared her insights on what it’s like being a new small business owner.
A great chat with Mercedes Bent of Lightspeed Venture Partners. We talked candidly about what it is like for her in the world of VC as a woman (especially a woman of color). We also chatted about #BLM in a post-George Floyd era as well as the impact of the loss of Chadwick Boseman.
