Step 1: Register and invite your friends! Step 2: Track your daily miles/kilometers through the RunSignUp site. Step 3: For every 5 miles, participants will receive informative tips and tricks to better your physical and mental health, provided by Ochsner Health.
100% of donations and a portion of the proceeds will directly benefit the Ochsner Baptist Women’s Wellness and Survivorship Center.
All individual and team participants receive a commemorative Me Time long sleeve shirt, a finisher’s medallion, virtual bib, and a chance to win a two night stay in New Orleans

Participants can do ANY physical activity including, but not limited to: walk, jog, run, cycle, swim. For every 5 miles, participants will receive informative tips and tricks to better your physical and mental health, provided by Ochsner Health. Specific instructions will be sent out before the event begins.
